The Negotiation Academy is the education and research platform established under the Negotiation Association. Its mission is to support both professional and academic development in the fields of negotiation and dispute resolution. In pursuit of this mission, the Academy is responsible for organizing national and international negotiation training programs, as well as managing certification and accreditation processes.

The Academy collects and disseminates the latest knowledge, methodologies, and best practices in negotiation, while establishing professional standards for the field. Through the continuous review and enhancement of its programs, it ensures that members and participants remain equipped with contemporary negotiation skills and techniques.
