Through its certification programs, the Negotiation Association provides competency-based credentials for negotiation professionals. Developed by the Negotiation Academy, the certification system is aligned with international standards and is designed to formally recognize participants’ expertise and professional capabilities. Individuals who successfully complete the required training programs are awarded Negotiation Association-approved certificates and accreditation credentials.
